Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping so you can represent LuxCrux wherever you are.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouses located across Sweden-Europe. This allows us to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this, the order is already in processing.

If needed, you can return your order after receiving it for a refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, Shop Pay etc.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during high demand periods or holidays.


How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 5 to 9 business days depending on your location. We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


What if I do not receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
